The Varsity Boys Soccer Team closed out their season on October 18 with an away game at Thornlea SS. It was a hard fought game, but eventually they would fall with a final score of 3-2. A win could have secured the team a playoff spot, but overall they had a very strong and rewarding season, with a final record of 3 wins, 2 losses, and 1 tie.

When asked about what the best game of the season was, Grade 12 midfielder Eric S. mentioned “The game against Thornhill because we just came off a team issue and we were losing 2-1 and we got a red card, but we still managed to win.”
Overall, the boys persevered and showed great commitment with strong all around play from both the offence and defence, led by coaches Mr. Aluzzo and Mr. Paterson. Congratulations!
